DKM’s sandwich cones are an optimum compound of strongly damping core material with a hard and stiff top coat. In this way mechanical strengths up to 10.000 Mpa are realised with a low weight.

DKM produces sandwich cones in different compounds:

 

• honeycomb, foam, strongly damping paper as core material

• glass fibre, aramid fibre, carbon fibre, bimax fabric etc. as top coat material

• in various weights, surface structures and colours
